No Ordinary Journey

Hi, I’m Tom, a husband, father, and small business owner learning the ancient power of following Jesus in today’s world. I’ve learned that the transformative power of walking with Jesus is not reserved for the ultra-educated, super-involved, or spiritual-elite, but is available to ordinary disciples like me and you.

This is a place where I’ll share experiences, reflections, and lessons I’m still learning about being a disciple of Jesus — while working, parenting, building, serving, and living real life. Where we can explore how being a Christian extends far beyond church attendance and fitting Jesus into the margins - every aspect our lives can be sacred.

I believe that the most powerful, world-changing work God does often starts with very ordinary people living very ordinary lives — who simply decide to follow Him more closely.
